- Post Graduate (ME/MTech/MA/MSc etc)

Job Location : Chennai.

Experience : 5 Years (Insurance)

Salary : 6L To 9L PA

Job Description :

- To monitor CRM, Legal officer and other staff in the organization and to drive excellence from them

- To report Chairman / Vice Chairman on the weekly progress in collections / registrations

- To streamline the current organization set up to a corporate level

- Little HR Knowledge will be an added advantage

- To be the one point contact for the management with the vendors

- Must lead the organization and provide development in short term and long term operations performed.

- Must interact with the directors and maintain operations by directing all activities which are performed daily, weekly and monthly.

- Responsible for the development of workforce.

- Review performance of the team members and responsible for conducting training or development opportunities for them.
