Operation Head - FMCG (Snacks business) - Pune

Job purpose: 

This position is responsible for Production, quality, Maintenance, Productivity improvements, Projects, Legal Compliance, People development.

Candidate skills desired: 

1. Qualification - B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) Engineer

2. Preferred - M.B.A (Operations) / Degree or diploma in food technology as additional qualification.

3. Candidates who have Operational Management Experience and has handled multiple manufacturing facilities.

4. Should have worked in snack food industry such as Food /extruded snacks/ chips line, etc.

5. Should be able to handle planning/co-ordination/ factory administration/regulations and other operational functions

6. Should have fair knowledge of snack food manufacturing/ processes and machineries

7. Should have sufficient first-hand maintenance experience of infrastructure equipment's like boiler, generator set, air handling unit, nitrogen plant, safety equipment etc.

8. Should have experience in maintenance of automatic packing machines and production equipment like continuous fryers / grinders etc.
