Head - Operation - Broking/Securities Firm

- Head the operations and settlement function

- Improve ROI through Strategizing and spearheading process improvement

- Experience in digital journey

- Experience across Fund, Stock Settlement , KYC , DP operations

- Oversee Operations of complete group which consists of Broking, NBFC, PMS, Third Party Products

- Develop, Deliver and Drive Discount Broking entity.

- Involved in strategic planning and group operational management.

- Analyse the as-is, build and publish the to-be business process flow

- Responsible for customer support and seamless experience in across broking and other line of businesses.

- Handling back office operations pertaining to Buy-back, OFS, MF, Dividend & reconciliation.

- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team

- Interacting with clients for resolving queries/ reporting etc.

- Creation of Pledge for Margin shortfall / Exposure.

Secondary:

- Ensuring compliance requirements as per SEBI Regulations.

- Mentor and monitor team to ensure high level of accuracy and timely execution

- To manage, train and control teams responsible for processing all the above products
