Head - Operation - Agri

Responsibilities :

1) Leading Production, Engineering & Projects & Quality teams at the plant to ensure that production targets are achieved within Budget, safety and hygiene standards.

2) Looking for ways to improve production capacity and efficiency and reduce production costs.

3) Recommending/undertaking initiatives on plant expansions, productivity and efficiency improvements and cost reduction.

4) Team Management & Team Development at all levels.

5) Team work encouragement, and ensure co-ordination among department including Production, Quality, Supply Chain & Maintenance.
