- One of the leading luxury retail companies wishes to hire the Head of Online Sales.
- The company has a strong presence in both online and offline channels.
- The incumbent will head the online channel and will be responsible for the revenue target and growth while maintaining agreed level of profitability.
- He /she would work on actionable insights to develop the channel further and make it the market leader.
- Would work with the sales team and in close coordination with marketing, customer support and offline sales team.
- The Sales head would lead the inbound support team, outbound sales, 'experience at home' functions to deliver profitability and growth.
