The role is based at Mumbai and Reporting to the CEO of the business. The Sales Head will work very closely with the CEO to create shareholder value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy, and general management skills necessary to grow the company into a dominant player in its industry.

KRAs:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets via online marketplaces.

- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective action as necessary to achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective product launches and promotions.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Get regular updates from marketplace partners to ensure the brand is getting the best return on investments. Identify emerging trends and bring them to the marketing team/ agency.

- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.

- Attending industry events and conferences to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the cosmetics industry.

Person Profile & Education Qualification

1. Candidate should have an overall experience of 12-15 years. Mostly in the FMCG space.

2. 5+ years of experience in online sales via marketplaces, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

3. Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a tier - 1 institute.

4. Last stint/experience at the senior position.

5. Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers and partners both online and offline.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

9. Knowledge of the cosmetics industry, including trends, products, and competitors.

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
