My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.
We partner with our clients to fill up their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.
In the process, currently we are partnering with a large Indian MNC.
POSITION - Head Online Sales for Mobile Handset and accessories
Job Location - Bangalore..
Responsible for defining strategies, establishing and handling P&L for Online Business Unit.
- Defining & Delivering Monthly, Quarterly, Annual - Revenue, Margin, Markdown targets.
- Contributes in idea creation and drafting of sales plans and ensure execution of the same to maximize sell-thrus of the inventory made available to sell.
- Innovate and increase sales across all sub categories & maintain a healthy top & bottom line
- Business Planning & Strategy formulation for next level growth phase for the assigned vertical.
- Expand & Protect Revenue by recognizing growth opportunities within industries & planning & executing projects for next level growth phase.
- Doing constant Competitor and market analysis
- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
- Provide necessary training to sales team as and when needed
- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of team by guiding them to move in proper direction
- To enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies
- Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Hands on experience in SEM/Email Marketing/SMS/WAP & Social Media optimisation/Media Buying & Selling
- Must have min 5-6 years KAM exposure into Online space.
- Alternately, should have worked with a top Online organization for atleast 5-6 years, with atleast 3 years as a Category Head.
- Exposure in Online Market Place operations - preferable.
- Exposure in Payment Gateway management - preferable.
