Head - Online Merchant & Partnership - FinTech

Looking for a candidate for a fintech company in Mumbai

- Setting up, planning, developing and managing the merchant network

- Liaison with existing Merchant relationships, ensuring smooth and effective BAU function

- Annual tie ups for planned promotion, negotiations and finalization of deals and subventions

- Tactical promotion tie up execution

- Additional Responsibility

- Principal Coordinator Merchant on boarding implementation

- Liaison with merchant aggregators as per specifics agreed with the line manager

SALES, STRATEGY & EXECUTION :

- Manage the Merchant acquisition engine end to end

- Set up an additional offline merchant network

- Development and implementation of strategies to cover:

- Merchant tie up by category and size as per strategy

- Relationship management, periodic engagement and beat plan

- Execution of annual promotion plan, negotiating with the central ops, products and marketing teams, campaigns working with the central ops, products and marketing teams

- 10-12 years of relevant experience

- Sound technical knowledge on merchant check out integration
