Designation: Digital Marketing Head
Reporting to: CMO
Span of Control: 4 - 8 direct
The Organisation:

The Position:
- Responsibility of all facets of the digital campaigns and strategy, from creation, execution and optimisation.
- You'll also have a keen eye for keeping everything on brand working closely with the technology, content and marketing teams.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the brand on all digital platforms
- Maximise traffic and conversion
- Improve user experience through all touch points, web, mobile, app
- Provide relevant analysis to internal teams to take action to improve
- Constantly search out barriers to sales, conversion and customer journey issues then develop plans to remove
- Analysis of the site performance to ensure maximum customer response.
- Produce reports and on-going recommendations to the business.
- You'd be driving revenue through the digital channels and an eye for conversion
- Developing strategies; SEO, PPC, social, mobile, CRM campaigns
- Proposing site and campaign optimization based on analytics based evidence
- Providing regular evaluation and monitoring of the digital marketing strategies
- Producing a monthly report on performance, development and opportunities
About the candidate
- You'd have a minimum 5 years of relevant eCommerce experience with an analytical commercial acumen. You'd be a superb communicator and feel at home in a pressurized deadline driven environment. Your other key qualities would be:
- Capable of managing a multi-faceted team
- Proficient with Google Analytics
- Be industry savvy, understanding which best practice are fit for us
- Highly commercial, ready to go 'above and beyond' to achieve targets
- Have an understanding of web design and user experience
- Strong creative thinker bursting with good ideas
- Be a self-starter with great communication skills, both oral and written
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a talent for building and maintaining strong business relationships as well as strong analytical skills.
