Client : One of the leading retail group

Qualification : Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Business Management preferred.

Diploma in Digital / Online Marketing would be an advantage.

Experience : 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience in social media, product launches, web analytics tools, online marketing concept - creativity, business savvy and excellent communication skills.

- Hands on experience in managing social media platforms like facebook, Twitter and relevant work experience preferably from a Dotcom company/Online/Digital marketing agency.

Strong project management skills. ecommerce experience (Direct or Agency).

Experience in managing CRM tools and programs.

Objective :

- Complete online P/L responsibility

- To drive the online business independently through sales & marketing schemes/offers/introduction of new product category /negotiating with vendors/logistics / new customer acquiring techniques /increasing the ticket size/data base generation & conversion etc.

Job Role :

- Manage search engine, display & affiliate, social media marketing, responsible for acquisition of customers, building daily traffic, online & SMS campaigns, social media & email marketing; up-to-date knowledge in the online marketing space. Interacting and coordinating with designers to make / improvise websites, marketing material etc.

- Track visitors / customers trends, analyze and accordingly take action related to website, manage existing campaigns or launch of new campaigns. Identify new online marketing opportunities and trends.

- Develop CRM projects from conceptualization to implementation. Play a crucial role in enhancing and administering CRM systems, enforcing best practices and improving user productivity supervising the customer service team and ensuring that all the customers receive the best service/ORM
