- Responsible for Digital strategy and development of online business.

- Monitoring the top-line growth of the Online Business

- Managing customer acquisition through the online channel for different verticals & services

- Driving overall lead management & sales closures through the direct channel, branch team and sub-broker network

- Handling online business development through market research, competitor analysis, consumer behavior, product enhancement, product awareness aimed at client activation & increased product usage

- Supervising the centralized call centre operations effectively with the primary objective of increasing business revenues
