Head - Offshore Business Coverage - BFSI

- Build and calibrate offshore outreach and fundraise strategy

- Represent Indian debt markets to global investors

- Work closely with the structuring team to create offerings tailored to investor classes

- Create high-quality content towards understanding markets and positioning Company's offerings

- Build partnerships specific to markets, partnering on asset creation strategy, product or fund raise

- Raise debt capital from a diverse set of offshore investors

- Drive legal negotiation/documentation with funding counterparties alongside counsel

- CFA / MBA, great with numbers, enterprising, ambitious

- 14-18 years experience in raising offshore debt capital for corporates and financial institutions

- Strong relationships with investors including domestic and offshore banks, institutional investors, multilaterals and other global institutions

- Understands debt markets and associated regulations specifically with respect to regulations applicable for ECBs, FCTLs/FCDLs etc.

- Ability to ideate, structure, articulate

- Prior experience of working on ECB loans

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working across teams
