HoD - Process

a) Qualification: B E / M E / M Tech - Chemical Engineering

b) Experience: 15+ years in Chemical Engineering Consultancy Organization

c) Exposure:

- Candidate shall be having experience of all phases of process and utility design in the field of chemicals/petrochemical/bio chemicals / oil and gas. Knowledge in designing of main process systems, auxiliary process systems and utility systems are essential.

- This includes design, sizing and procurement of the equipment. Knowledge on Specification writing is a must. Knowledge and experience on proposal preparation including man-hr estimation, cost estimation is a necessary. Assessment of people’s skill is also essential. Should be able to do as well check all the documents generated by the department.

Team work is most essential. Counseling skills and technical guiding skills if there is having added advantageous.

d) Software: ASPEN PLUS, HYSES, HTFS or HTRI, MS Office, ACAD, PDS-Micro station, Smart Plant P&ID’s
