Head - Engineering - Internet/Online

Role:

- We are in the lookout for someone who can come on board and take charge of the extremely talented team of engineers and lead them through thick and thin in the next sprint of our journey.

- You should be passionate about people and technology and well versed with new technologies and the global best practices.

- You will be responsible for all products shipped out by engineering team including selection of technologies, architecture, development, QA, dev-ops and their performance. Innovation and challenging the status quo are two of our core values.

- You will nurture and grow the team in order to deliver path breaking solutions, as outlined above, for the business in coming years.

- You will work closely with Product and Data teams and will report to the CTO of the company.
