Head - Nursing Training - Hospital Chain

Looking for qualified & Mature Training professionals for one of the units of a renowned chain of hospitals based in Dhaka.

This will be heading the training function for the Nursing department.

- Looking to hire Medical professionals with Clinical+ Academic background, from Hospital/ Healthcare sector only.

- BSC. or MSC would be a preferred qualification.

- An ideal candidate would have rich experience of Nursing training and education either from a corporate hospitals or multinational healthcare companies of repute.

- A Clinical trainer with years of experience training nurses and physicians on clinical approach & product use for Health care companies and years of experience within nursing training,education and quality areas.

- Elevate healthcare providers knowledge while driving the achievement of business objectives.

- Training background includes experience within hands-on, classroom and one and one teaching environments.

- Deeply associated with nursing training and development and has extensive knowledge of nursing education training and quality and health care industry.

- Expertise in conducting presentations and profound knowledge of business operations management and principles.

- Salary would not be a constraint for a deserving candidate but should be willing to relocate to Dhaka, Bangladesh.
