The role entails growing and managing the NRI product & portfolio, retail trade and fx (NRI and Indian Individuals) business for the bank. It will develop strategies to expand the existing NRI customer base by ensuring a best in class product suite and effective sales enablement.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Lead and direct the NRI solutions team by providing strategic inputs and plans for conceptualizing the product suite and managing the overall portfolio
- Grow revenues from NRI business by collaborating on channel strategy and enabling the sales structure through trainings, marketing initiatives and central support
- Develop the overall solutions strategy for individual (Indian + NRI) retail fx and 3rd part brokerage (demat) services and enable teams, systems, processes and partnerships
- Envisage robust data driven marketing plans (campaigns & communication initiatives) for existing liability product customers to improve portfolio quality and account usage
- Own strategy and P&L responsibility for specific customer acquisition campaigns (e.g. partnerships, offers)
- Keep abreast with market trends and competitor practices with regards to marketing initiatives, strategic campaigns and customer facing technologies
