1. Recruit & Handle a Team of 15-20 NR Acquisition Managers across various NR Centric Branches in Gujarat.   2. Scale up New NRI Client Acquisition through NR ARMs and grow NR Savings Book.  3. Target Stock-Broker, CA, NRI Association tie-ups for opening NR / PIS Accounts - Manage on boarded broker / association relationships by providing them regular service for NR Lead Generation  4. Ensure penetration of various products offered by the bank and client coverage on on-boarded relationships by the team to achieve FEE (Wealth / Tfx / Asset) Targets  5. Ensure ongoing self-development of the team through regular training  6. Manage the key performance (Client Acquisition / Book Growth / Fee) indicators at the highest level.  7. Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places.  - Candidate should have total experience of 5-6 years in Financial Service Industry and exposure in dealing with NRI Clients is must. Should have 1-2 years of experience in managing a team.  - Knowledge of the Banking Industry especially NRI services and Financial Markets.   - Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills, Good Communication & Presentation Skills, Interpersonal & Influential Skills.   - Should have good knowledge of liability products.  - Should have a good knowledge of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance  Salary range: 12 - 14 LPA
