Job Description - An opportunity to lead the New Product Development Vertical

- Lead a team to innovate new products and drive the business in India

Client Details :

- Our client is a company with a Global footprint looking to expand their operations in India

- Planning aggressive launch of multiple new products in India

Description :

- Lead the development of new products for the company

- Work on research and development of products and scale them up for commercial production within agreed timelines

- Work upon customer feedback and develop appropriate solutions for existing and new products

- Ensure best practices and technology transfer from plants across the globe

- Ensuring a pipeline of products for successful business expansion while adhering to budget allocations

- Work effectively with Marketing, Business Development and other support functions to grow and drive the business

Profile :

- The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Food Science with at least 10+ years of experience in New Product Development in Food Technology space

- Has prior experience of setting up a lab and production equipment

- Additional experience of manufacturing / plant role would be a plus

- Prior experience of working in cross functional teams preferred

- Has experience of leading a team in Global MNC

- Can Communicate effectively
