They are the National leader in providing customized solutions in the Flexible Packaging domain, by successfully fulfilling customer needs with its high quality packaging products that optimize efficiency and increase profitability of client.

Our Client has a pan India presence with state-of-the-art GMP & ISO certified Plants and a network of Sales Offices. Their Sales Offices are located at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Tirupur and service a large, ever-growing client base comprising the who's who of Indian and global giants from their Plants located in the West at Daman, in the North at Nalagarh and in the South at Bangalore/ Tirupur.

Our Client caters to market segments across Foods, Beverages, Personal Care, Home Care, Health & Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, Agro-sector and others. They provide solutions for Labels, Laminates, Specialty Flexibles and General Flexibles, Export Garment Packaging verticals.

Role :

To Plan, develop new products for all the business verticals (Shrink, Label, Laminates, Specialty Flexible Packaging). Develop customers and establish product success to targeted scale of Sales and handover to Sales & Marketing department.

Reporting to : COO

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead New Product Development.

- Lead Market/ Customer development for the NP (Scaling up to Commercial).

- Continuous Innovation.

Direct Reportees :

- NPD (Technical)

- NCD (Commercial) (dotted line to Chief Marketing / CMD

Key internal Interactions : Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.

Key External Interactions : Customers, Vendors, etc.

Competencies :

- Exposure to Shrink, Label, Laminates, Specialty Flexible Packaging products is must.

- Should have in depth knowledge of flexible packaging process and inputs.

Qualification & Experience :

- Graduation in Engineering preferably / Science & PG in Sales & Marketing with at least 5 to 10 years of experience in new product development.

- Candidate from Flexible Packaging Organisations/ Convertors / Film producers/ ink suppliers with similar kind of experience will be suitable for the position.
