Head - New Business Ops & Renewals - BFSI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support New Business of INR & Renewal collection of INR .

- Implement & manage service delivery agreements (SLAs) vis-à-vis other service delivery functions and outsourced vendors.

- Responsible for managing systems and processes for capturing and redressing customer queries, grievances and complaints. To improve & monitor KPIs for measuring performance & key delivery processes.

- Responsible for implementing processing operations strategy for service delivery operations as per set benchmarks and update them regularly at par with the best in the industry.

- To build relationship with Channel Heads & distribution partners for implementation of new business and customer service processes.

PROFILE

The ideal profile would be someone with 10-15 years of relevant experience in Financial Service Industry in a Leadership role, managing Operations and renewals for the company. Should have proven prior people management experience and exceptional communication skills.
