Role - New Business Development
- Generating sustainable new business opportunities and continuously seeking ways to generate revenue and expand the Company's customer base.
- Assessing "stated and implied" supply chain needs of high-profile prospective customers, leading to generation of a high-quality funnel of potential customers.
- Sound network in market to capture information on RFI's / RFQ's being floated by potential customers.
- Supervise design and pitching of supply chain solutions for warehousing fulfillment, and transportation services to help customers be more productive, efficient, and competitive.
- Lead the development of profitable commercial proposals derived from manpower resource, infrastructure along with other commercial parameters.
- Facilitate complete internal resource assessment between Customer requirement and NXLI resources. Financial (P&L):
- Achieve Revenue and PBT targets by developing and onboarding new Customers / projects.
Collaborate with Other Departments:
- Support in negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process to capture new business opportunities.
- Engage with Project, Process, Operations, Solutioning Team and Customer Account Management (CAM) until the time of project go-live successfully.
