Key Responsibilities : - Leads network functions for providers (labs and doctors) across business units - Accountable for driving network targets including contribution margin - Performs service area analysis and cost analysis to identify network expansion, development, and network renegotiation opportunities. - Acts as an expert for the providers with regards to the agreements, fees and pricing - Ability to understand and successfully integrate digital/ POCT in traditional diagnostics to improve velocity, margins, customer experience, etc - Works closely with the head of products, engineering, strategy and BU to ensure appropriate CX is delivered at appropriate cost. - Manage team of Negotiators and Provider Relations - Promotes process improvement initiatives by identifying and successfully positioning service improvement. - Identifies payment integrity improvement opportunities, and (re)negotiate favourable conditions with Health care providers. - Manages the relationship with existing and new and Third Party Software and other Vendors. - Monitor the quality of the services provided by the medical providers and the correct execution of the agreements. Qualifications : - University degree, master's degree in public health preferred. - 10+ years of relevant experience. - Must have deep understanding and experience (and relationship) of local providers, health systems, and key players. - Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a complex, highly matrixed, environment - Strong people management and development skills. - Data mining competency. KRA (Annual) : - 90% fulfilment of labs and consult (offline) orders across BUs - 90% on time report upload - CX rating of not less than 4.5/5 - Provider satisfaction of not less than 4.5/5 - Complaint ratio (Customer and Provider) - not more than 2/1000 - Drive margins via narrow network or comprehensive services negotiation (not less than 10% improvement)
