Head - Network Operations Center - NOC - Telecom Infra

Responsibilities

- The Network Operations Manager provides executives, customers, and project managers with necessary leadership, assistance, guidance, and advice to ensure practices in standard methodologies and processes result in operational excellence.

- The Network Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team employees of various levels by establishing annual performance goals, allocating resources, coaching and providing career assessment, mentoring and training needs assessment.

- This role will also be responsible for the principal leadership of the team in terms of work assignment, timely completion of work, and utilization of team members to accomplish customer expectations.

- Manages staff in all areas of administration including time, budgeting, recruiting and performance management and handling all client escalated issues.

- The Network Operations Manager may handle P/L, budget, and conduct analysis/prepares reports on design and evaluation of current and future network development.

- The NOC Manager utilizes strategic knowledge and experience to provide practical implementation techniques to ensure achievement of results on a large scale, long term program of change in a complex, diverse environment.
