National Service Accounts Head - Responsible for the entire gamut of Service Accounts for all the services locations - Consolidation of accounts for all the service locations - Work with vertical head to ensure budgeted P&L is achieved & look at business at 360 degree. - Finalisation of service accounts / MIS with insightful analysis. - Control over pricing & value chain. - Identification of loss making segments and building measures to make them profitable. - Initiate action plan to drive revenue & margin in consultation with vertical head. - Monitor consumer forum legal cases. - CA with 10 + years of experience in large Sales driven / Service oriented organisations - Leadership capability is a pre-requisite for this role as the person would be leading a large team - Reporting to vertical head & dotted line with divisional CFO - Knowledge in SAP would be preferable
