A fast growing start-up in the Proptech sector, poised to make a major shift in the way co-living/rental accomodation World seeks a National Sales Head.
- Someone who is ambitious, highly energetic, able to thrive in the fast pacing environment while leading the team by example
- Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to meet revenue targets
- Building lead and mentor the right team to ensure that the monthly, quarterly and annual targets are achieved.
- Identify the right channels and source various sales opportunities through inbound lead follow - up, outbound cold calls and emails. Efficiency of lead generation through offline and online marketing.
- Measuring key metrics and insights to drive improvements, efficacy of campaigns vs targets achieved.
- Training sales team with presentation, seminars and regular meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 15 years of proven work experience, as Regional Sales Head / Sales Head would be preferred.
- MBA from Tier 1 college with prior experience in a new age startup.
- Must have a B2B, B2C & Digital Sales experience.
- Proven experience of managing a large scale team of sales executive and managers across multiple locations.
- Interpersonal skiils with exceptional stakeholder management experience required
