Currently we have requirement for National Sales Head position for Noida based eCommerce company.

Position: National Sales Head

Qualification: MBA/ PG/ B.Tech/ BE from IIT/ IIM/ NIT/ Any Premium Institutes

Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Location : Noida

Desired Skills:

- Looking for a dynamic sales leader with 12-15 years of experience, who will be leading the direct sales business.

- Person shall be responsible for growing and leading the sales and customer satisfaction nationally. Should have relevant experience and exposure along with a proven track record.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulating the overall sales strategy, defining objectives, identifying new opportunities for growth and achieving the set business targets for the company month on month.

- Responsible for building from scratch the sales team recruit and detail a professional sales force nationally.

- Responsible for creating Go-to-Market strategies and action the same

- Lead a team of regional heads to deliver and surpass both sales, financial and customer experience targets.

- Drive business through our solution for small business to upload inventory, quote for leads and drive business to his store.

- Supervise and Coordinate with the training to ensure delivery as per plan.

- Closely monitor, review and report business performance to ensure its growth and expansion

- Develop, sustain and nurture relationships with third party partners, channel partners and corporate partners to drive sales.

- Work with the product teams, operations team, alliances team to deliver results month on month.

- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers, etc.

- Team Management - Manage and retention of employees to deliver results.

- Planning and monitoring of team recruitment, optimising team structure and ensuring high retention of team in 3 layers of about 75 - 100 people.

- Devising appropriate performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes

Desired Skills and Experience:

Qualification:

- MBA/PG /B-Tech from reputed institution.

- 3-5 plus years of experience managing multi-location sales team.

- Candidates from FMCG, marketplaces, digital technology, financial services especially merchant acquiring will be given preference.

- Last 2 years experience in managing sales team of more than 70-80 personnel having 3-4 layers of hierarchy.

- Start-up experience would be an added plus.

- Ability to roll up their sleeves and get work done.

- Leadership - Always focused on doing what's right for the business. High energy, passion and high level of enthusiasm.

- Willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to grow the business. Creates an environment where others want to follow. Governs themselves with unquestionable ethics and unswerving integrity.

- Exposure to sales force automation tools and build sales infrastructure like compensation, retention, incentives is required.
