Job Description :
- Be responsible for partnership management of Motor Insurance Business and its long-term profitability.
- Analyze the motor insurance portfolio from the perspective of the impact of underwriting on the claims.
- Refine and optimize the current underwriting processes like Vehicle Pre-inspection, Policy issuance, endorsement, and policy renewal etc.
- Provide requirements to the product manager and technology developers for betterment of existing processes. Also, Test the platform when built,
- Handling Compliance and Regulatory activities.
- Ensuring the Product and Process Compliance as per the latest IRDAI regulations and guidelines.
- Proactively manage stakeholders.
- Conduct market research or market study on Underwriting practices and availability of products and benefits.
Past Experience :
- Experience in Auto underwriting
- Successful leadership and people management experience
- 5+ years of experience in insurance industry
- Sharp analytical mind, who enjoys thinking on their feet and devising innovative solutions to complex insurance processes.
