- Responsible for complete Claims management (Motor) of Pan India, which includes:
- Monitoring of service level TAT's at insurer & workshops and develop process to improve the same, if needed.
- Undertake Integration of systems between insurers, OEM & MIBPL and develop process wherever necessary.
- Liasioning with workshops, insurer and OEM service team and address their concern areas.
- Handling & resolving customer grievances in coordination with channel partners in critical cases
- Spearheading motor claims team.
- Monitoring team performance and educate them about their claims processes/technical know-how; periodic review of their performance
- Conduct performance review meetings with insurers on quarterly basis.
- Regular visits to Body shops/Insurance Cos. to maintain Process Hygiene and Conduct Audits
- Calculation, monitoring & controlling of loss ratios
- Monitoring fraudulent activities & build mechanism to control same
