Head - Monitoring & Evaluation - NGO

- Design, develop and oversee all aspects of the performance measurement for the projects.

- Develop data collection tools and procedures, oversee the project database and reporting to all Donors.

- Collaborate with regional coordinators, other staff and project partners on data collection, analysis, and ensure data is collected in a timely manner

- Plan and participate in project monitoring activities through site visits, review of project reports, and analysis of performance monitoring and other data

- Lead data quality controls and verification procedures

- Write & release periodic reports for review & sharing, and support the reporting of project performance to the donors

- Develop and facilitate the development of concept notes/ papers for internal and external audiences
