Excellent Exposure in MODERN TRADE BUSINESS ( Mobile/ Internet/ DTH Business). Tie up with Modern trade channels such as upcoming retail channel to further leverage the brand and get the incremental market share

Salary : 14-23 LPA
Work Experience : 3+ Years Post Qualification
- Interface with the marketing team to develop store wise marketing calendar of activities to achieve targets
- Develop Retail network, as a part of Postpaid through retail initiative
- Identify new channels for increasing penetration in the market
- Expand availability and visibility of the brand at point of sale with effective merchandising.
- Set up Sales and channel settlement process for the alternate channel
- Drive engagement activities for the alternate channel.
- Periodic product and skill-based training to the team.
- Device incentive plans for partners in business
- Constantly monitor and put filters in the business for quality business
- Take corrective actions if required
- Identifying areas with weak network coverage and assist in network acquisition.
Key FOCUS Area :
- Strategies tie ups with the upcoming channels
- Planning and Setting up the sales process for the new channel of business
- Developing and ensuring implementations of the channel scheme settlement process for the new channel
