- Responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with key modern trade partners. - Develop Modern Trade Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive modern trade strategy that aligns with the company's overall sales and growth objectives. This includes setting clear goals, identifying target markets, and outlining the tactics needed for successful execution.

Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing modern trade sales team. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds their sales targets.

Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the modern trade segment. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Product Placement and Merchandising: Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and merchandising in modern trade outlets to maximize sales and enhance brand visibility. Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies

Promotions and Trade Marketing: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives that increase product awareness and drive sales within the modern trade segment. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
