We have an opening with one of our client for the position of : Head- Modern Trade & HORECA

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. To achieve Business results as per targets

2. Implementing the brand's merchandising, planogram and activations in all key outlets for the defined area of influence

3. Design and implement modern trade & HORECA structure

4. Development & implementation of Annual Joint Business plans with Key Accounts covering annual targets, enablers for business growth, fill rate / on shelf availability

5. Relationship building and business benefits from the same in area of operation

6. Design and implement promotions and maximize business through least cost to the organization

7. Periodic review with Key Accounts covering Sales, Commercial & Supply chain

8. Look at long term contractual agreements with the outlets to gain competitive advantage both in terms of visibility and business relation

9. Team management - motivation to deliver business results, ensuring skill upgradation and capability building

10. Initiate category management project with chains to grow category off takes.

Requirement:

Education: MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing/Business.

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Sales within FMCG (Food and Beverages) in Modern Trade and HORECA

- Experience (preferably having exposure to F&B)

- Sales Management, Business Acumen, Planning and Operational Skills

- Negotiation Skills

- Team Management is Must.
