Head - Modern Trade - FMCG/Foods

India's 4th largest FMCG company, is looking for Modern Trade Specialists who have been handling Key Modern Trade Clients in FMCG at an All India basis, to be based at the Corporate HO in Mumbai.

Professionals having the following core experience / credentials can apply:

- Modern Trade Sales experience in well-known organisations (both Indian and MNCs) with FMCG (preferably Foods &/or Beverages) as a critical component of the total sales basket handled.

- Been personally involved in the negotiations, contract/ Agreements, volume-based pricing/ discount decisions, promotional and display activities and budgets with the Modern Trade Partners.

- Profit Centre responsibility for the Modern Trade Channel and by extension for each Modern Trade Customer.

- Knowledge of core triggers to consumer behaviour and consumer purchase-triggers to help engage with the Retail Chains on schemes and promotional activities.

Personal credentials :

- MBA/ PGDBM

- preference for those who are currently located in Mumbai, with work experience of handling Modern Trade in FMCG/ Foods only.

- very good communication skills

- excellent presentation skills

- hard-working and deep desire to not just succeed as individuals but as team-leaders and team-members
