- Determine the Monthly & Annual sales targets at each town & product level in line with corporate objectives through: 1. Product sales trends in different MT chain 2. Sales initiatives at Metro/town level 3. Pricing and discounting strategy 4. Increase market share in select MT chain / eComm partners 5. Plan and execute Category management models - MT/ eComm by creating the right sales structure to achieve corporate sales targets - Implement the marketing strategies on the ground through the promoter/ merchandiser /field salesforce - Ensuring OTIF & service level of orders for MT / eComm channel - Proper sales forecasting system to be implemented for better fill rates and fresher stocks on the shelf. Execute proper logistics strategy to achieve reduced supply chain costs especially primary & secondary freight costs - Field Sales staff expense control - Build a team of sales professionals through induction of new sales personnel along with current team members. Major focus to be on recruitment of right people, training and performance evaluation of the team members. - Maintain excellent relations with the key customers and influencers
