Head - Modern Trade
We are Antal International, Currently recruiting a Head- Modern Trade.
Reporting To : Head - Sales
Mission :
- Guarantee the commercial objectives for the company with respect to Modern Trade/ Large Format Stores, CSD channels and Institutional Sales ( turnover, gross margin, EBITA contribution)
- The company needs to enter Modern Trade and CSD in a meaningful way and consolidate the sales of the existing products and then develop new accounts.
- Relationship Management & strengthening business in the existing accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage our existing customers in Modern Trade channels by comprehensively offering them the products and services they need to fulfill end user needs
- To be able to look at future and proactively plan accordingly.
- Define the commercial growth plan and evaluate the necessary resources for Modern Trade/ Large Format Stores, CSD channels and Institutional Sales Channel. This will include launch of global brands

Education & Work Experience :
- An MBA in Marketing or equivalent
- 10 -15 years of post-qualification experience in handling Sales for Appliances/ Electrical/Consumer Durables company out of which at least 4 -5 years experience in Modern Trade/ CSD Supply/ Institutional selling with a medium sized company
- Proven track record in managing the growth of a business area, providing clear focus and direction in line with business strategy
