Job Description:
- Launch Innovation on time in full and delivery business case Volume.
- Winning as a preferred brand with E-commerce partner sites and improve lead conversion in company's products
- Leading a cross-functional team of KAMs / ASMs to deliver the business results for the Company.
- Work with internal partner functions and lead conceptualization and execution of key strategic thrusts.
- Build a relationship with customers through formal and informal ways.
- Market Shares (competitive growth, % business gaining share).
- We are looking for someone with approximately 10+ years of sales experience with full-time MBA from a Tier 1 college in Consumer Durables industry.
- Having Modern Trade and eCommerce experience with best consumer durable companies like Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Whirlpool, etc. will be preferred.
