Modern trade Head (Only from beauty, personal care and FMCG domain) We are Looking for someone who has experience as HEAD Modern Trade only for one of our prestigious clients in Mumbai/Gurgaon Location. Job Description: Overall responsible for handling the Modern Trade business which would include: - Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy &growth plans in line with business strategy - Financial Management (including managing individual account /business P&L) - Annual Business Planning and review - Negotiate TOTs for NPls in all available key accounts and ensure availability of SKUs in all chains and geographies. - Category Management and Promotion Planning. - Build appropriate Modern Trade channel by appointing the right partners where required - Driving operational efficiency for Modern Trade channel. - Ensure stock planning and fill rate levels. - Relationship Management. - Interacting with the Brand Teams and developing business plans in sync. With the brand strategy. - Ensuring stock availability at all the outlets with a high degree of forecasting accuracy. - Premier institute with 12 + years' experience with last few years in Modern Trade - Experience in Managing a team in a reputed FMCG Company in the Sales/marketing function - Extensive knowledge of marketing and brand plans. - 6 days and work from Home.
