Description - The Head of Mobile Engineering will be responsible for leading multiple self-forming mobile engineering teams that span native iOS & Android platforms as well as hybrid applications.

Client Details - 

Our client is considered as the most anticipated start-up in the Fin-Tech space. Having backed by one of the largest growing company, they have grown to 200+ employees in a very short span. With expanding business they are currently looking to hire a Head - Mobile Engineering reporting to the CTO based out of Bangalore.

Description - 

Reporting to the CTO, the primary responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)

- Leading multiple self-forming mobile engineering teams that span native iOS & Android platforms as well as hybrid applications.

- Build technology that is aligned to and enhances the vision behind the product and enable the individuals in the teams to grow as engineers and meet their aspirations.

- Own design and development of major pieces of the technology platform for product

- Create / evaluate design and review code developed to meet functional and non-functional requirements

- Execute complex projects working in collaboration with cross functional teams

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

- Be a hands-on technologist with strong business acumen, with the ability to architect high performance and highly scalable solutions in line with the demanding needs.

Profile - 

- B.E/B.Tech degree from top tier university & Masters
