To Drive and Control all Financial & Accounting Systems and Processes including Budgeting & MIS, Variance Analysis, Working Capital Management, Financial Reporting, Evaluation of Capex Proposal, Forex Management, Sourcing efficiency, Strategic Analysis and Market intelligence at DT, AF and OS Business.

1. Profit maximization - working closely with business/operating team to ensure delivery of agreed budget.

2. Resource management - monitoring working capital and cash flow on monthly basis.

Monitoring of Net Working capital and highlighting of critical and old aged inventories and Receivables to ensure no surprises.

3. Monthly and Quarterly Financial Analysis.

4. P&B Budget and Stretch Budget.

5. MIS is must.
