Head - MIS/Business Intelligence - COE - KPO

We are actively looking to hire for Head - MIS / Business Intelligence for one the leading UK based Multinational National Organisation.

Mandatory : B.E / B.Tec / Tier 1-2 Institutes.

Job Purpose -

To build the Centre of Excellence model for business reporting and analytics and create a value proposition of the same.

MIS team is centralised team to deliver quality and efficient Management information and operational insights to various operating companies of the group across the globe.

Principle Accountabilities -

- Implement standardised reporting models across the organisation

- Develop and share insights through trend analysis, descriptive and predictive modelling

- Support and enable business users on use of Analytics and related insights

- Deliver the MI projects from conceptualisation to insights for the operating companies across the group

- Use business acumen to be able to analyse, drive insights and create meaningful reports using large datasets

- Manage the global stakeholders on an ongoing basis while delivering on the Data and Analytics requirements

- Build, develop and retain capabilities within the team to achieve the stated goals

Create processes around effective knowledge management within the team to ensure a culture of continuous learning and self-development.

Person Specifications

- Experience on building a CoE model for the Business Intelligence team

- Understanding of Data Warehousing Tools, expert in Tableau and MS Excel, MS Access, SQL

- Experience of working in Global/Cross-cultural teams will be preferred
