The Head of MI job opportunity for someone who will be responsible for defining & creating all Data driven insights for the Organization. You will use your experience in working closely with Production teams & Change Teams and will be responsible for producing all MI required to Run the Bank and Change the Bank. Responsibilities:

- Leading and developing the MI team and function, giving strategic direction to the Ops Leadership & the team on the MI roadmap. Gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to provide MI for all departments

- Develop and implement Standardized MIS across all businesses and teams (Client, Ops, Quality Control etc

- Providing a roadmap to all Business areas on how data can be leveraged to manage production, client, change and predict Business Risks.

- Liaise with the operations and IT team to define reporting requirements and corresponding governance for ongoing and automated future MIS.

- Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy, governance and security.

Requirements:

- Currently playing the role of MI/Analytics Lead.

- Should have extensive experience in managing MI for Financial Companies, experience within Trade Processing is a plus. Should have demonstrated successful implementation in creating a data driven organization/teams.

- Should have the ability to act as partner to the Business in defining the Data requirements for the firm, demonstrate an end to end understanding of Business Need to Data Requirement.

- Knowledge of Agile MIS Infrastructure.

- Hands on experience on Tableau, Power BI or similar products is a must.
