Head - MIS - Agri Commodities Firm

We have a mandate for a very fast growing 1000 people organisation Origo India (www.origoindia.com) - this company is in the high opportunity sector of Agri Commodities.

We are looking for a head of MIS for the organization based out of Gurgaon.

The role and responsibilities of the position include:

- The incumbent should have a very good knowledge of warehousing, procurement as well as retail

- Creation of various processes that would be helpful for the senior management to interpret data

- Submission on a regular basis a set of reports to the management and head of departments (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

- Performs periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS systems to improve operational efficiency.

- Strong business reporting & business analysis acumen

- High sense of reliability & accountability

- Project management experience if any would be desirable not mandatory

- Stakeholder Management

- Responsible for ensuring that the Warehouse is running at the highest efficiency

- Enhancing business value by helping Business functions gain insights through Reports, MIS and Dash Boards using appropriate tools and technology to monitor and track business health for strategic and tactical business actions.

- Create Business intelligence information and submit it to the top management within specified timelines

- Managing the overall operations and overseeing performance of the team conducting the database checks on various entities and generating verification reports for stake holders

Minimum Education

- Engineering graduate with 7+ years relevant experience in Data Warehousing, Data Mining, Segmentation and statistical Data modeling tools.

Minimum/Specific Experience

- Overall experience of 8-12 years in MIS Department

Skills & Competencies

- Ability to analyse and provide accurate interpretation of data.

- Ability to analyze the existing systems and processes and identify efficient ways of process improvements

- Ability to look beyond the obvious solutions and ways of working and create better reports or more efficient ways of reporting.

- Ability to build and sustain relationships with (internal and external) stakeholders and influence them on MIS related decisions impacting the performance of his team.
