Head - MICE - Inbound - Travels & Tourism

The client is a family-owned travel and tourism business, which has been in this space for the last 20+ years and had built a very good name for themselves in Destination Management, MICE and Leisure sectors. They are specialists in inbound tourism, for India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and so on, and also have a newer business setup in Outbound, both FIT and MICE. Their 150+ member team across India is located in various major cities, while they are headquartered out of a large office space in Gurgaon.

- The role is that of a General Manager for the MICE business, with a special focus on Incentive travel. We are looking for someone to head the MICE practice, with a desired experience in Inbound Incentive Travel (from other countries to India and nearby). 

- The candidate would manage a large team looking after MICE operations in India, reporting to the MD.

- The ideal candidate would come with 8-12 years of experience in MICE, specifically Incentives. Preference is if you have significant experience in Inbound Incentives, however outbound experience is fine as well. 

- You should be leading the MICE practice in your current organization, and have experience with managing large teams.
