Head - M&A - Manufacturing

Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Head M&A for multiple businesses of the organisation

- Identify new business development opportunities for the businesses; develop and evaluate opportunities for M&A, alliances, joint ventures in line with business strategy; Lead team for liaising with business, setting the agenda, preparing material, planning strategy and leading negotiations with counterparts and lead cross functional team and liaise with corp finance, secretarial and other related functions during project execution

- Lead a team with full ownership of all projects from conception to post closing handover to business

- Directly own and deliver the inorganic projects and deals

Candidate Profile :

- MBA/CA with 10-14 years' of post qualification experience

- M&A experience preferably in manufacturing organisations

- Candidates who only have experience in IB/Consulting will NOT be considered

- Mandatory team leading experience

- Sound Knowledge of Financial Modelling/valuations/analysis
