Head M&A - IT Services - Ability to define/ understand and work on the M&A brief. This includes ability to think through industry trends, Accion business model and how to leverage M&A to create value - Drive all stages of the investment process including origination, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution and integration. - Will conduct and present research on new growth opportunities, external M&A activity and risks to company and prepare detailed reports and presentations describing the key attributes of growth opportunities and target acquisitions - Collaborate with investors and internal teams to evaluate and analyse opportunities and presenting recommendations based on strategic fit, deal structure and transnational issues. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on deal strategy and all execution related aspects.
