Head - Mergers & Acquisitions - Banking & Financial Services Sector - IIM/XLRI/SP Jain/CA

Qualification: MBA from IIMs, XLRI or SP Jain ONLY or CA (with max 2 attempts).

Attributes:

- Post-Graduation from a premier business school (IIMs/ XLRI/SP Jain)

- Minimum 5-8 years in business strategy or business finance

- Preferably from the Banking & Financial Services sector

- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) & influence at all levels

- Strong team player - ability to work with a variety of stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of CMS policies towards achieving growth through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

- Analyze possible impact on the organization. 

- Estimate cash flow and probability, identifies potential risks and create corresponding solutions.

- Strong in Mergers and acquisitions, Company Profiling, Competitive Benchmarking, Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Modelling, Valuation, Deal Structuring, Data Analytics, Negotiation Skills, Project Management, Problem-solving, Presentation & Report writing.

- Strong networking and interpersonal skills (stakeholder management / engaging with senior / top management people).

- Excellent communication and engagement skills.

- High energy & positive attitude.
