Position: Head Mergers & Acquisitions

Job Responsibilities:

- Must be experienced in the field of M&A.and Corporate Restructuring

- Development of strategy for expanding company's business.

- Developing long lasting relationships with potential and current clients based on trust.

- Identifying and targeting potential clients and driving sales to get their business.

- Recruit and develop own team.

- Provide advisory solution to the clients.

- Actively participating in the execution of the projects sourced.

- Provide High Quality Service to the client.
