- The ideal candidate for this role should have 5 to 7 years of experience in Front end Investment banking or M&A and Corporate development at Pharma (Formulations) company or Management consulting, strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry issues, trends, and their business impact, expertise in the M&A process and landscape, exceptional analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills, excellent presentation skills, outstanding leadership, management, and organizational skills, demonstrated negotiation skills and commercial acumen, and excellent networking and communication skills.
