Job Description - As an M&A head you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and executing strategic acquisitions/investments which will also involve driving post merger integration.

Description

- Identify, assess and execute potential investment and acquisition transactions.

- Lead deal origination by building deep ties with Target companies and other industry participants for acquisition.

- Drive all stages of the investment process including origination, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution and integration.

- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and analyse opportunities and presenting recommendations based on strategic fit, deal structure and transnational issues.

- Create optimal deal structures that will ensure long-term value creation and ensure that invested companies and their representatives will be aligned.

Profile

A successful candidate will have 8-10 years of post MBA experience in a M&A/Corp Dev role.
