Job Description :
- Plan merchant offers in conjunction with the annual campaign plan and merchant category focus
- Develop and negotiate online and offline Merchant offers/ Manufacturer subvention deals Manage Key Merchant relations to deliver maximum customer engagement with existing Merchants by merchant category
- Derive insights to competitor strategies and take proactive steps
- Enhance campaign effectiveness and profitability by testing and developing better offers with the Portfolio engagement team
- Experience in closing marketing / promotion deals and offers with large Manufacturers and marquee merchants
- Track record of successful design and execution of offers with top merchants in the online/ Offline space Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Ability to work in very tight deadlines and able to manage a quick turnaround
- Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability - encourages enthusiasm and team spirit.
